The Noctis Calf Top-Handle

The first piece of the Atelier Collection

Noctis is the most understated bag we make, and the most demanding to finish. The calf is polished through eleven passes until the surface reflects light like lacquer, which means there is nowhere for a bad stitch to hide. The dome is built over a moulded frame so the shape survives being set down.

• Polished black calf leather, hand-finished over eleven passes
• Moulded rigid frame holding a soft domed silhouette
• Single arched top handle with a hand-set solid brass collar
• Polished gold turn-lock, flush-set into the frame
• Goatskin lining with a numbered plaque inside the flap
• Dimensions: 26 × 18 × 12 cm

Made in runs of ten, each numbered inside the flap. Ships with a certificate of origin, a cotton dust bag and lifetime re-polishing.
